    I have a question about my Jimmy John's video shop I completed. It still shows pending validation and wanted to make sure you received all the information. Can you please confirm this with me. Thank you

    Pending validation status means that the shop is currently with our editing department, they will go over the survey that you submitted to check for anything thing that may need to be altered, updated, or elaborated on. You will hear directly from them if there is any other information needed for the shop. The validation step is the last thing to happen to decide whether or not the shop can go on to the client. Thanks!
